We had a great turnout for the Sept OC workshop. Interestingly, most of the attendees were going through or initiating some type of professional and/or organizational change. We went deep into this theme and looked at ways we can marshal and use our internal and external resources to clarify our goals and strengthen our actions to achieve them.

This program on Oct 22 will take us deeper into the theme of managing change and transition, your own and/or your clients. One of the benefits of this exploration is the freeing up new possibilities for professional and organizational success. Often, we first have to acknowledge (or even agree to) "what is" before we are ready to see the opportunities hidden within the change process.  

Not infrequently, when someone raises a professional challenge, we find at a deeper level a family dynamic that needs to addressed or at least acknowledged. Organizational work is usually less personal in that sense and more focused on the relationship dynamics between groups, things or ideas as well as individuals. Both approaches offer useful and even profound insights. 

Bring your workplace challenges and your dreams and goals for self and/or your organization to the October workshop. Let's make this Fall a time for letting go of self limiting mindsets and patterns so we can move in the direction of our dreams and true goals.
